D&A Solutions Website Development

About the project

The brief was clear from the start: build a digital presence for a fractional CMO agency that speaks directly to founders and CEOs — people who understand marketing ROI but have no patience for agency language. D&A Solutions operates in a space where credibility is everything and differentiation is hard. The website needed to do one job: make the right visitor feel like they'd already found their answer.
Scope: Strategy, UX/UI Design, Copywriting, Framer Development Timeline: 10 days Sector: B2B Marketing / Fractional CMO

My role

Starting with marketing audit, environmental scanning and competitive analysis — through to visual design, copywriting, and full Framer development. The project covered both the strategic and executional layer: from business audit to a live, published website.

Process

Strategic foundation first.

Before any visual work, the project went through a structured strategic phase. A full internal and external business analysis was conducted — covering the agency's positioning, service model, target personas, and competitive landscape. This fed directly into a SWOT analysis that clarified where D&A had real differentiation and where the market was leaving gaps.
From there, three marketing strategies were defined: a competitive strategy based on clear differentiation from generalist agencies, a growth strategy targeting Series A+ companies and investor-backed portfolios as a high-value segment, and a core positioning strategy built around quality and precision over volume. The fractional CMO model was identified as the sharpest differentiator — most competitors either sell full-service retainers or tactical execution. D&A sits above both.

Positioning and messaging.

The strategic output directly shaped the copy and site narrative. The positioning line — "Your outsourced marketing department for B2B growth" — was chosen specifically to avoid agency clichés and speak the language of a CEO evaluating whether to hire a CMO or outsource the function. Every headline, subheading, and service description was written to reflect the agency's tone: expert, direct, zero fluff. Metrics-first language throughout — CAC, LTV, pipeline, attribution — signals credibility to the exact audience being targeted.

Site architecture.

Every section was mapped to a specific job before design started. Hero establishes positioning. About builds credibility. Services clarifies scope. Process reduces risk. Team adds human trust. Testimonials close objections. Form converts. Nothing was added without a reason.

Visual direction.

The visual system was built as a direct extension of the strategic positioning — precision, clarity, and controlled confidence. A dark base with electric blue #0040FF accent communicates technology and authority without feeling like a generic SaaS template. Inter Tight and Outfit were chosen for their systematic clarity — geometric, readable at scale, and precise without coldness. Gradient and motion were used sparingly — as tools that reinforce the brand's seriousness, not decorate it

Development.

Designed and built entirely in Framer across all breakpoints — desktop, tablet, and mobile treated as separate experiences. Scroll-driven animations and entrance effects were implemented to guide attention without distracting from content. Contact form connected and functional. SEO configured across all pages. Legal pages built to GDPR requirements for the Polish market. The site went from first frame to live and indexed without a separate development handoff.

Outcome

A complete, live B2B website that positions D&A Solutions as a senior-level marketing partner rather than a vendor. The strategic layer — from SWOT through to messaging — is embedded in every section of the site. Built and shipped end-to-end by one person in four weeks.

Let's work together

HI! I'm Artem — a UX/UI designer and Framer developer. I work at the intersection of design thinking and no-code development: from research and information architecture to a fully functional, published website.
