At Nulab, a software company, I led the Marketing and Customer Success teams to expand our presence globally and provide users with the best experience through their user journey. There, I grew the Marketing team from 3 to 8 members. I also helped to build a Customer Success and a Growth product team. Together, we achieved 70% YoY revenue growth for our products, through expanded and optimized acquisition channels and retention strategies. In addition, I spearheaded Nulab’s rebranding project and restructured product brands and domains into the company brand.
I increased the annual marketing budget from $120k to $2M+.
The channels included: SEO, SEM, CRO, Email automation (moving from in-house email to Mailchimp, to Marketo), content marketing, affiliate and partnership.
