Olivecrest Healthcare Inc. a disability support services organization based in Sykesville, Maryland had no online presence at all.

With 11 distinct service offerings spanning residential care, employment, nursing consultation, and community development, they were invisible to the very people who needed them most: individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, their families, caregivers, case managers, and referral partners.

Without a website, Olivecrest couldn't communicate their person-centered philosophy, showcase their service breadth, or give potential clients and families a way to take the next step.

They needed a platform that felt as compassionate and professional as the care they provide.

A 19-page WordPress website, currently the largest and most complex project in my portfolio built to serve multiple distinct audiences simultaneously: individuals seeking support, families and caregivers researching options, case managers making referrals, and job seekers exploring careers in disability support.

This was one of the most complex build I've executed. 19 pages serving multiple audience types, 11 distinct service offerings, and a US-based healthcare client with a high standard for professionalism and trust.

I began with a deep discovery of Olivecrest's mission, their six core values (Compassion, Respect, Independence, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, Empowerment), and the specific journeys of each audience segment.

I then prototyped rapidly using Lovable to validate layout and structure before moving into full production in WordPress with Elementor.

One of the most significant creative decisions was generating all website imagery using AI producing a fully original, cohesive visual identity that reflected the warmth, dignity, and professionalism of Olivecrest's brand without relying on generic stock photography.

Every image was purpose-built for its page.

The information architecture was designed so that a first-time visitor, whether an individual with a disability, a parent, or a case manager could find the right service and take action within two clicks from the homepage.

Olivecrest Healthcare Inc. launched with a fully operational, 19-page professional website that gives them the digital infrastructure to grow their organization, attract referrals, hire staff, and serve more individuals across Maryland.

The site reflects the seriousness and compassion of their mission and positions them as a credible, trustworthy provider in the US disability support services sector.
