The Challenge

The Warmth Initiative (TWI) had already done the hard work — running 6 programs that impacted over 2,000 lives across 3 states in Nigeria. But their online presence didn't reflect any of it. Without a credible, well-structured website, they struggled to communicate the scale of their impact to potential donors, partners, and volunteers. They needed a platform that could tell their story, drive giving, and mobilize a growing movement.

What I Built

7-page WordPress website built on Elementor with a clean, mission-driven design
Impact-led homepage featuring live counters (lives impacted, states reached, volunteers, active projects) and a clear donation CTA linked to Flutterwave
About Us page with the founder's story and organizational mission
Our Programs page covering all 6 initiatives: Shelter Support, Feeding Drive, Clothing Drive, Back-to-School Project, Dignity Kits, and Community Empowerment
Our Impacts page to showcase success stories and real-world outcomes
Get Involved page with volunteer sign-up (JotForm), donation link, and partnership inquiry form
News & Events section for ongoing updates and campaigns
Mobile-optimized across all screen sizes for local and global audiences
Social media integration (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
SEO-friendly structure for discoverability

The Process

I started by studying TWI's mission, programs, and target audience — donors, volunteers, and institutional partners who needed to feel the urgency and dignity of the work before they could act. I prototyped quickly using Lovable, then built the full production site in WordPress with Elementor, keeping the design warm but professional. The donation and volunteer flows were a priority — every page was structured to reduce friction and move visitors toward action. The project was completed in 10 days, from April 17 to April 27, 2026.

The Result

The Warmth Initiative launched with a fully functional, donor-ready website that authentically represents their mission and impact. The site gives them the digital credibility to approach funders, recruit volunteers, and grow a movement committed to tackling homelessness and poverty with dignity at its core.
