My role was to rapidly produce high-impact tutorial videos for Blaze.ai following major product updates and restructuring to keep up with the speed rapid AI iteration and development.

Blaze.ai is always rolling out significant platform updates, they needed support that matched their flexibility and rapid evolution and iteration helping users navigate and utilize the new features effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to user onboarding and platform adoption.

Balancing speed with effectiveness, I developed a streamlined production process that prioritized user value:

Efficient Production Techniques: Converting a home office into a more professional green screen environment allowed me to "be" anywhere in the videos.

Contextual Learning: Many of the users of the platform are full time business owners. So I created a realistic test case (a fictional coffee shop) to build all of the tutorial content around - demonstrating platform features in a relatable context.

High Value Workflow: Balancing simple production techniques, scalable practices, and the need to keep a handle on the budget. I developed a workflow to turn videos around in ~5hours from script to delivery.
