I conducted an in-depth analysis of a coffee orders dataset using Microsoft Excel in this project. The primary objective was to uncover customer preferences, sales trends, and operational efficiency insights. This analysis is crucial for understanding customer behaviour and optimizing the coffee shop's performance. The Objective was to identify the most popular coffee types and sizes, analyze sales trends over time, determine peak hours and days for coffee sales, examine customer purchase patterns and preferences, and provide recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
