Community Manager

This was my first full-time job as a Community Manager after doing two internships in marketing & community management from June 2020 to April 2020.
Community Folks is a community of community managers in India. Also, we are consulting different companies that are community-led. In the initial days, I was looking at the community only not any clients. This was how it goes -
Managed the community of 650 - Community Managers and took care of Content Strategies, Content calendar and UGC.
Organized and Planned events like Webinars, AMAs & Community Meetups for the active participation of community members.
After working for 3 months, I got my first client to build a student dev community for Merge Intern (now wrky.ai) It was one of my personal goals as well to impact the student dev community with education and their mission was the same as my goal. This is how I spent 6 months in fast pace startup -
Built a Student Developer Community of 1500+ active members.
Organized 10+ online webinars and 20+ community meetups to retain community members. With an average retention rate of 28% MoM (after 6 months).
Partnered with different tech communities to build a community-led growth engine to get a 20% MoM growth rate of adding new community members.
Organized and Managed one big event: Merge Dev Colloquium 2020.  This event was attended by 15000+ students, around 100+ communities, 100+ Institutions & enthusiasts.

After this, they pivoted to a team performance management company called warky.ai because they were not able to raise the funds. So, I had to leave as they were not focusing on the community anymore though they should as the new product is also connected to the community-led approach.
