sploot is a community-driven full-stack platform catering to dog parenting by providing food, services (vet-on-call, walking, grooming, training), and a like-minded community of dog parents and experts. My involvement with Sploot has spanned two roles: leading Community & Product initiatives and subsequently heading Founders’ Office operations to drive strategic growth, improve operations, and enhance user experience.

Strategic Community & Marketing Leadership

Community Programs & Resources:
Puppy Parenting School: Designed and launched a 4-week educational program for first-time puppy parents, graduating 500+ participants in just three months.
Learn Section: Developed a curated hub of blogs, videos, quizzes, and dynamic courses to educate and engage the dog-parenting community.
Listing Platform: Launched a comprehensive directory featuring 100+ dog boarding houses, 50+ experts, and 50+ businesses like bakeries and stores.
Operational Excellence:
Migrated customer and partner support systems from WhatsApp to a streamlined chat and ticketing platform using Freshchat and Freshdesk, reducing the average first response time to under 30 seconds.
Automated reporting processes using Mixpanel, enabling real-time insights and smoother operations.
Improved customer renewals process through automation, reducing time from 24 hours to just 15 seconds.
Data-Driven Growth:
Worked on pricing and supply chain strategies to enhance profitability, increasing average order values (AOV) from ₹3000 to ₹4200 for first-time customers and ₹3500 to ₹4400 for returning customers.
Achieved a 30% average margin, significantly reducing the CAC recovery period from 18 months to just six months.
