ABOUT PROJECT

FROM DESIGN TO DISPLAY:

As a pivotal member of the BuzzHive Creative team for this project, I was tasked with enhancing the visual appeal of the Panda Leadership Conference. My role was multifaceted, encompassing the design of various signage elements, 3D renders, and overseeing the print production process.
One of my standout contributions was the rendering of the "PANDA POWERED" statue, which was later transformed into a tangible centerpiece for the event. Additionally, I designed captivating wall graphics and arches that served as a photo-op area, adding an interactive dimension to the conference.
The culmination of my designs and oversight in print production led to an enriched conference ambiance. Attendees were greeted with captivating visuals and interactive spaces, ensuring the Panda Leadership Conference was not just another corporate event, but a memorable experience.

PANDA POWERED

The Panda Leadership Conference is an event of significance, and the visual elements needed to reflect its importance. The "PANDA POWERED" statue, designed to be a centerpiece, was a testament to the brand's strength and the power of leadership. Alongside this, various signage elements were crafted to enhance the ambiance, ensuring attendees were immersed in an environment that resonated with Panda Express's brand values.
Role:
My primary responsibility for this project was the design and rendering of the "PANDA POWERED" statue. This involved creating a detailed 3D model that would serve as the blueprint for the final, physical statue. I also oversaw the print production process, ensuring that the design was accurately represented in its transition from a digital concept to a tangible, eye-catching centerpiece for the conference.

PANDA TOWN: 50 YEARS OF PANDA

Before entering the main event of the Panda Leadership Conference, guests are first introduced to the Timeline Wall. This immersive experience serves as a journey through the 50-year history of Panda Express, from its humble beginnings to its current status as a global brand. Comprising 11 walls of varying sizes, all standing at 8 feet tall, this section was designed to educate and inspire attendees about the company's rich history and milestones.
Role:
I was brought in to refine and finalize the designs for the walls that make up the Timeline Wall. Using the initial conceptual sketches as a starting point, I focused on enhancing the visual elements to ensure they were both engaging and true to the Panda Express brand. My oversight in the print production process guaranteed that the walls were printed to perfection, contributing to an immersive and educational experience for all attendees.

PANDA TOWN: 50 YEARS OF PANDA

The Future History Makers Photo Op Area serves as a dynamic, interactive space where attendees can capture memories with Jolly Bear, the event's mascot. The unique twist? A different version of Jolly Bear is featured each day, adding an element of surprise and engagement to the conference.
Role:
I was responsible for designing the photo op area, ensuring it would be a visually engaging and memorable part of the Panda Leadership Conference. My design included the standee form of Jolly Bear, which was swapped out daily to keep the experience fresh and exciting for attendees. My oversight also extended to ensuring the standees were printed and set up correctly, contributing to the overall success of this interactive space.
