Proving your identity and simplifying online procedures
In 2025, La Poste’s Digital Identity has over 6 million users.
Contribution to the Product
Work on the product began in 2020 with a redesign of the app, allowing users to create a digital identity exclusively through the application. The goal was to simplify access, which previously required additional verification methods outside the app, reducing fluidity.
This redesign also introduced a design system to ensure consistency across different platforms (iOS, Android, and web). Initially, the project focused on iOS and Android apps before extending to web processes.
Design System of the product
Accessible Design
The product is aimed at all adults looking to simplify online procedures securely. As a public service, it must be fully accessible, complying with RGAA standards. The redesign follows a minimalist approach while integrating illustrations to modernize the interface and reassure users. Using La Poste’s brand identity strengthens trust, as its recognizable colors and design elements are instantly associated with the brand.
Close to Users
Before implementing major updates, user tests were conducted to validate new processes and adapt them to user needs.

Conclusion
I worked on this product for four years, first as a UI Designer and later as Lead UI Designer. To date, it is my most significant product experience. Through it, I gained extensive knowledge in mobile app design and Design System creation. Over these four years, I worked within a design team composed of a UI Designer, two UX Designers, a Lead Designer, and a Project Manager.
