They needed to simplify their marketing campaigns

HabitNu faces the challenge of managing its marketing tasks across various products. As they were using different tools for different marketing mediums things were getting complicated and time consuming.
Participants who have already joined the program were still receiving marketing emails to join the program. Onboarding of participants to the cohort was being done manually.

We're honing in on making an internal marketing solution. It'll handle IVR Calls, automated SMS, and emails for managing campaigns and onboarding participants. But we're not diving into other marketing strategies or outside channels right now

To simplify operations and boost efficiency, HabitNu aims to consolidate these tasks into a single, integrated solution.

They were heading for a completely new direction

They wanted an internal tool that does it all. So we started of by building a user flow of all the action that are to be taken.
The solution is a custom-designed internal tool that simplifies campaign setup for HabitNu. With this tool, the company can easily create different campaigns and choose the marketing mediums for each, like IVR calls, SMS, or email, in any order they prefer.
Once they have set up the mediums, they need to upload an Excel file with the list customers that may be interested in their program.
This tool also tracks how participants join—whether through a call, email, or SMS—and identifies if anyone declines marketing altogether. Plus, it provides valuable insights for better decision-making.

Conclusion

📈 Time taken to set up campaigns was reduced by 17% which in turn increased onboarding of clients by 23%
