Rebuilt Unseen’s wallet connection: clear, safe, and fast. Drop-offs fell, trust rose, and users entered the NFT gallery with confidence.
The Challenge
Unseen’s NFT gallery promised excitement and premium feel—but the wallet connection flow was clunky, confusing, and untrustworthy. 28% of users dropped off before signing in. Session replays revealed users didn’t understand what they were signing, felt unsafe, and had no feedback after clicking “Connect Wallet.”
The Goal
Redesign the wallet flow so users feel safe, understand what they’re signing, move quickly, and are excited to access the gallery.
The Approach
Mapped the full journey and removed dead ends
Teased NFTs before commitment to spark curiosity
Simplified wallet selection: recognizable icons, auto-detect if available
Redesigned signature: clear network, wallet info, human-friendly explanation, expiration time
Added instant confirmation: “✅ Signature Verified”
