Amigo is an AI healthcare company deploying intelligent agents across clinical workflows. As they refined their positioning and visual direction, they needed their sales materials to match that evolution.

The goal wasn’t just to redesign slides, it was to create a scalable, flexible system that could support conferences, sales conversations, and rapid customization across audiences.

Amigo needed to:

Redesign their core pitch deck using a new design system

Ensure everything was fully editable in Google Slides for internal use

Replace complex diagrams with clearer, executive-friendly visuals

Create a modular one-pager adaptable for multiple sales scenarios

Maintain brand authority while simplifying technical messaging

Rather than simply restyling slides, I refined hierarchy and flow:

Simplified technical explanations

Replaced flowcharts with conceptual visual systems

Built modular sections for “Define, Train, Deploy, Monitor”

Increased visual breathing room for executive readability

Direct exports broke layouts and fonts.

Instead of relying on plugins:

Rebuilt slides natively in Google Slides

Replaced non-supported fonts (Flecha → Playfair Display) while maintaining brand tone

Ensured clean master layouts for internal editing

Delivered a finalized, conference-ready V1 deck
