About Kayla: Kayla is a visionary who came to the Studio with her dream of launching The Wedding Mentor: a unique mentoring service for loved-up couples who wanted to plan their own big day, but could use the support of an experienced event planner and understanding mentor.

Coupled with this, Kayla needed a Wedding Planner product to complement TWM's services.Kayla was seeking to solve a unique problem and launch the business and brand of her dreams.

Kayla is a dream client because she wants to build a brand she is passionate about, but that also supports her ability to live her dream lifestyle (raising a young family). Her business serves her lifestyle, rather than the other way around.

A huge reason why I am obsessed with Brand Strategy is because it helps my dream clients to get SUPER CLEAR on their BRAND and how they can establish a powerful brand that allows them to live their dream.

The Brand Strategy phase was a crucial step to understand the current wedding planner market and to solidify TWM’s unique point of difference (and how we were going to reach those ideal clients!).

The strategy stage also helped Kayla to get super clear on (and excited about) her purpose for running the business, and the overarching mission and vision for TWM.

The Wedding Mentor’s Brand Identity is a direct reflection of Kayla’s bubbly and caring personality. Design decisions were based on the foundations we built in the Strategy phase. This allowed Kayla to understand the design decisions and the best ways to implement her Brand to ultimately connect with and convert her ideal clients.

Things really started spicing up when we started building the Wedding Planner template. This is a culmination of Kayla’s extensive experience in event planning, her labour of love in building extremely detailed and high-value content for the Planner, and implementing Branding and graphic design principles to create a beautiful and functional Planner product.

In short, we turned Kayla’s months of work into a real-life product to complement the purpose of TWM: To support loved-up couples to have FUN in the wedding planning process.
