🧾 Project Description: As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and Developer, I have led the design, architecture, and development of robust community portals and digital engagement platforms for clients including Grenud, Capital Numbers, and Danone. These projects focused on delivering scalable self-service solutions, seamless third-party integrations, and exceptional user experiences for external stakeholders like partners, customers, and field agents.
🔧 Key Contributions: 🔹 Capital Numbers – Insurance Automation Platform (Swiss Market) Developed a secure, branded Experience Cloud portal for insurance clients and consultants.
Implemented Lightning Web Components (LWC) for customer onboarding, policy selection, and document handling.
Integrated external services like SignWell, chatbots, and REST APIs to enhance real-time interactions.
Ensured guest-user functionality with restricted access controls for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
🔹 Grenud – Agriculture & Field Operations Portal Consulted and delivered Experience Cloud solutions for contract farming and procurement workflows.
Built multilingual portals for farmer/vendor access to contracts, updates, and inspection records.
Connected Salesforce with IoT devices for smart irrigation monitoring using REST and batch integrations.
Enabled login-optional access using secure guest-user profiles and dynamic page rendering.
🔹 Danone – Case & Service Portal for Field Teams Contributed to the development of a service-oriented Experience Cloud site for global field teams.
Designed interactive issue registration flows using custom LWCs embedded into Aura components.
Created real-time configuration mapping using Org Cache and dynamic SOQL to power dependent picklists.
Integrated standard Case object functionality with advanced metadata-driven automation and queue routing.

Custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for registration forms, service requests, product selection, and file upload.
