🧾 Project Description: As a Salesforce Integration Specialist with over 5 years of experience, I have led and implemented end-to-end API integration architectures across multiple industries, including agriculture, insurance, FMCG, and gig-economy platforms. My work spans both inbound (external-to-Salesforce) and outbound (Salesforce-to-external) integration use cases, using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Apex Callouts, with secure OAuth2 authentication frameworks and scalable error-handling patterns.

🔧 Key Capabilities Delivered: 🔁 Bidirectional Data Sync: Built REST-based services to sync Salesforce with external ERPs, accounting platforms, social media marketing systems, and field force management tools.

Used Named Credentials, Remote Site Settings, and Apex HTTP callouts to push Salesforce data (Leads, Opportunities, Products, Orders) securely to external platforms.

📥 Inbound Integrations (External → Salesforce): Developed custom Apex REST endpoints to receive real-time payloads from mobile apps, partner websites, and internal admin panels.

Implemented business logic to create/update custom and standard objects such as Case, Lead, Account, and Custom Contract records with data transformations.

📤 Outbound Integrations (Salesforce → External): Used Apex Callouts and Flow + External Services to post booking data, status changes, and approvals from Salesforce to Heroku APIs, Node.js servers, and third-party endpoints like Stripe, Dialpad, and Goldfinch.

Enabled Salesforce to push status updates, document links, and event triggers to client-facing UIs in real-time using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
