Zoom2u — Delivery & Logistics Platform

Zoom2u is an Australian on-demand delivery platform that connects businesses and individuals with a nationwide network of independent couriers. As Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead, I worked across the WordPress customer experience, booking journeys, payment flows, and platform integrations that help people arrange and follow urgent deliveries from pickup to completion.

Traditional courier booking gives customers limited visibility once a parcel leaves their hands. Zoom2u needed to make several delivery speeds easy to compare, turn a multi-step booking into a dependable online journey, and keep both senders and recipients informed in real time. Behind that experience, the platform also had to support secure payments, driver allocation, status changes, and proof of delivery at national scale.

I worked as Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead, combining hands-on WordPress and integration development with technical planning, implementation reviews, maintenance, and release readiness across the customer booking experience.

Responsive booking experience: Built and maintained the WordPress journeys that guide customers through pickup and drop-off details, parcel requirements, service selection, pricing, and confirmation across desktop and mobile.

Multi-speed delivery workflows: Presented Same Day, 3 Hour, VIP, Next Day, After Hours, and Interstate options clearly so customers can choose the right service without deciphering logistics terminology.

Live tracking and delivery status: Integrated real-time courier visibility and status updates, giving customers a continuous view from driver allocation through pickup, transit, and delivery.

Payments and confirmations: Implemented secure Braintree and PayPal payment workflows with clear success states and reliable handoff into the booking lifecycle.

API-connected operations: Supported integrations for quotes, booking creation, booking status, cancellations, and automated progress notifications across the wider Zoom2u ecosystem.

Team leadership and delivery quality: Coordinated implementation decisions, reviews, maintenance, and launch readiness while keeping the customer experience consistent across a high-traffic operational platform.
