CaratIQ — Jewelry Retail Cloud Platform

Project Overview

CaratIQ is an all-in-one cloud platform for jewelry retailers, bringing point of sale, inventory, e-commerce, and customer management into one connected system. As Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead, I worked across the web experience and coordinated delivery for a secure, scalable multi-store product.

The Problem

Jewelry retailers often manage sales, stock, customers, and online orders across disconnected systems. The platform needed to centralize those workflows, keep information synchronized across physical and online locations, and remain clear enough for repeated day-to-day use.

What I Built

I worked on responsive interfaces and full-stack workflows supporting point of sale, inventory tracking, e-commerce, and CRM functions. The implementation focused on consistent data across channels, dependable performance, secure transactions, and scalable support for multi-location operations. As team lead, I coordinated technical decisions, reviews, and delivery across the product.
