Overview
Hamdan AI is a production-deployed, multi-agentic internal assistant built for SAP.com — one of the world's largest enterprise software companies. It operates entirely inside WhatsApp, giving SAP's internal teams instant access to a powerful AI assistant without leaving their primary communication channel.
Problem
SAP's internal teams needed a centralized AI assistant that could handle diverse operational tasks — from data lookups to payment management — without requiring adoption of a new platform. The assistant had to be secure, scalable, and deeply integrated into existing workflows.
Solution
Designed and developed a multi-agent AI system with over 30 distinct tools. Each agent handles a domain (e.g. HR queries, financial actions, data retrieval) and coordinates through an orchestrator. Integrated User Authentication to ensure secure, role-based access. Built a Next.js admin dashboard for tool management and analytics, with MongoDB as the chat persistence layer.
