This project, developed for the Chinese client Lordhair (https://www.lordhair.com/ ), addressed their need to obtain precise customer head measurements without relying on traditional clay models. Lordhair envisioned a scanning solution that was initially challenging to implement, but through a combination of scanning technology and point-adjustment features, I created a system enabling customers to use their mobile phones to accurately scan and measure their heads—eliminating the need to visit a hairdresser.

I explored various tools and approaches, ultimately selecting Unity and Android devices by taking into account the unique business needs of my client and considering the tools precision and breadth of features. This enabled the creation of an effective and user-friendly solution. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, I collaborated with a usability designer to ensure the app was intuitive and easy to navigate, even for older users. Building on the initial prototype, we later enhanced the app to include features for selecting the correct hair color and style, transforming it into a comprehensive tool for personalized hair system development.
