The workflow activates as soon as a learner completes a lesson
All key information is extracted: email, name, progress, time spent, scores

Automatic creation of folder structure by training program and by learner
A dedicated folder for each learner
Google Sheets files that update in real-time following learner activity on the platform

3️⃣ Complete and Detailed Tracking 📊

Each completed lesson is documented with precision
Time spent on each module calculated automatically
Quiz scores recorded and instantly analyzable

4️⃣ PDF Report Generation and Email Delivery

Each week, an activity report is emailed to the learner
All this without spending a single minute extracting data
