RealestWay Platform Redesign

RealestWay is a property rental and management platform that connects property owners, agents, and renters. My goal for this project was to give the platform a modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused design that makes property search and management effortless across all devices.

I worked on both the public-facing web pages and the agent/user dashboards, ensuring the design system, interactions, and visual style remained consistent while being tailored to each audience’s needs.

I redesigned:

Landing Page – Clear value proposition, engaging hero section, and trust-building elements to attract users at first glance.

Property Page – High-quality image display, detailed property specs, and a clean layout for quick decision-making.

Search Property Page – Intuitive filters, map integration, and smart suggestions for a smoother search experience.

User Profile – A clean personal dashboard showing saved searches, recent views, and easy access to account settings.

Chat with Agent – Real-time messaging interface designed for clarity and ease of negotiation.

For the logged-in experience, I designed:

Main Dashboard – At-a-glance stats like number of houses rented out, transaction volume, agent earnings, and payment status.

My Listings – Easy management of existing property listings with quick actions for edit, pause, or delete.

Add Property – Step-by-step flow to add new properties, including a location recording overlay that ensures agents cannot proceed without setting the exact property location.

Messages – Streamlined messaging experience for communication between agents, owners, and tenants.

Account – Simple account and settings management.

Help & Support – Clear ticket creation and tracking for user queries.

Notifications – Overlay design for timely alerts without disrupting workflow.

User-Centric Thinking – Every screen was optimized for clarity, speed, and reduced friction, whether the user was searching for a home or managing property listings.

Consistency Across Devices – The design is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Dashboard Usability – Focused on quick-glance information, clear CTAs, and minimal cognitive load for busy agents.

This redesign not only gave RealestWay a modern, credible, and engaging look, but also improved user flows, reduced onboarding friction, and created a stronger connection between property seekers and agents.
