Sea Digital — Proof on tap

From sprawl to signal

Sea Digital is a nimble marketing studio that does three things well: make content, run ads, and produce what the plan demands. They asked for a site that finally said that simply, loaded fast, and didn’t require a dev every time they wanted to publish.
We rebuilt the site in Framer and designed it like a good account manager: clear doors, tight narrative, proof near the action, and a contact path that’s hard to miss.

The situation

The previous site spread attention thin. Services overlapped. Proof was buried. Publishing was slow. For small in‑house teams visiting the site, the question “so what do you actually do?” took too long to answer.

The stakes

If visitors can’t map need to service in under ten seconds, they bounce. If case studies are painful to publish, proof goes stale. If the contact path is a maze, conversations never start. That’s lost pipeline.

The move

Clarity over cleverness. We simplified the story to four doors, gave proof a stage, and built a CMS that makes new work publishable in minutes, not weeks.

What we built

Framer, end to end.
Information architecture that routes visitors into four service hubs: Digital Advertising, Social Media, Photography, Video Production.
Reusable templates for Services, Case Studies, Blog, and collection indexes to keep the experience consistent and fast to ship.
CMS collections for Services, Work, and Blog so content velocity doesn’t depend on a developer.
Responsive layouts with strong typographic rhythm across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Motion with manners: scroll cues, hover states, and micro‑interactions that signal craft without stealing focus.
SEO & performance basics: semantic structure, metadata, alt text, image optimization, and speed monitoring.
Contact flow that stays visible where it counts, reducing friction to book a chat.
QA & handover with training so the team owns their stack on day one.
Design principle Say it once, show it fast, make next steps obvious.

Highlights

Four clear doors that mirror how Sea sells. No guessing, no detours.
Narrative case template (Challenge → Approach → Outcome) so new work looks great and reads fast.
Proof near the CTA so credibility lands at the moment of intent.
Iconography from a licensed set to stay crisp and on‑brand without custom overhead.
Lottie‑ready if/when richer motion is needed.

Before → After (at a glance)

Before After Message Capable but diffuse Senior output, zero bloat IA Sprawling, overlapping Four service doors + work‑led proof Publishing Slow, brittle templates CMS‑driven, reusable patterns Motion Minimal or ornamental Purposeful micro‑interactions Conversion Unclear path CTA pattern embedded where it matters

Early outcomes

Launched on time across three milestones with zero rollbacks.
Faster comprehension on first screen and cleaner service routing.
Team can publish case studies and articles without design debt.
Stronger message‑match foundation for paid traffic.

Why this works for small teams

Because it trades novelty for momentum. The system is simple, the templates are flexible, and the story is easy to maintain. That means more proof, more conversations, and fewer late‑night content contortions.

How we got there (5 steps)

Audit & goals: align on business outcomes and constraints.
IA & wires: reduce the site to essential paths and modules.
Design system: typography, layout grid, reusable sections.
Framer build: templates, CMS, interactions, performance.
QA & launch: cross‑device polish, SEO checks, training, transfer.
Guardrails: two revision rounds included; out‑of‑scope changes billed hourly. Icons from a premium licensed set. Asset provenance verified by client.

What this means for your brand

If your site is saying too much and selling too little, the fix is not another page. It’s a clearer path. We build sites that behave like a smart teammate: they explain, prove, and invite a next step.
Want this outcome? Let’s scope a 4–6 week Framer sprint.
