Pace Agency Website Redesign – From Flat to Fast

When Pace Agency reached out to me, they were in a tough spot. They had already invested in a redesign, but it just didn’t land. It felt flat—too basic, no character, barely any animation—and most importantly, it didn’t reflect the new direction the agency was heading in. Their competitors were stepping it up, and they needed something that not only matched that energy but blew it out of the water.

The Goal:

From the start, the goal was clear: build a website that could convert, stand out in a crowded market, and reflect who Pace really is. They wanted something bold, dynamic, and full of motion—like a racing bike or sports car—but not literally about sports. The vibe needed to feel fast, premium, and unmistakably them.
We kicked things off with deep collaboration between me, their CEO, and their head of creative. Together, we shaped a vision for a site that would feel alive—something that moved and breathed, but still stayed sharp and focused.

What We Created:

The site is built in Framer and fully responsive across devices. It includes:
• A bold, animated Home page
• An About page that gets straight to the agency’s core
• A dynamic Projects overview and individual Case Study pages
• A clean Blog and Post template powered by CMS
• A conversion-focused Contact page
404 and Privacy Policy pages
• Three additional mini-pages to support the brand narrative
• Two CMS setups for seamless updates to projects and blog content

Timeline & Process:

Originally, we scoped the project for 6 weeks. But partway in, the CEO let me know they had a big opportunity coming up—he’d be flying to LA for major meetings, and he wanted the new site live before then. So we compressed the timeline down to just 3 weeks. It was intense, but we made it happen.
We worked in 3 structured review rounds:
1. Initial concept + direction
2. Visual refinement
3. Final fixes and QA
The client had clear ideas and trusted the process, which made everything smoother. Most of the post-launch feedback was minor polish work—no big pivots or creative blocks.

Creative Highlights:

The site’s sporty, kinetic energy is the result of dozens of small decisions: animated buttons that bounce with momentum, microinteractions that feel like gliding across a racetrack, and layout shifts that mimic motion without being too literal. It doesn’t tie to one sport—it just feels fast and alive.
We also paid extra attention to responsiveness. Every break point was tested and polished to ensure that the boldness of the design never got lost, no matter what device you’re on.

Results & Impact:

🚀 Site launched 3 weeks early to meet high-stakes agency meetings
Positive internal feedback from the team and external partners alike
Immediate increase in engagement, with users staying longer and exploring more pages
Clearer storytelling, helping Pace position themselves as a top-tier creative partner
Easier CMS management, letting the team update content freely without touching design
This project was a great example of what can happen when you combine vision, speed, and creative trust. We took a flat experience and turned it into something that now genuinely represents the Pace brand—and it performs.
