SailGP Insights: OTT Streaming Platform
SailGP Insights is a platform that allows users to watch live races, race replays and collects all of the data off of the boat sensors and gathers it all in one place for tech-savvy fans to analyse.
SailGP has a lot of passionate fans wanting to know all of the data points on the boat and its surroundings. Each F50 boat costs $4,000,000 and has over 1,500 sensors that gather unique data regarding foiling, wind angle, speed and so much more.
This data heavy application needed to be optimised for tablet and mobile, while also given a general facelift to enhance a fans experience.
