The Shepherd Ink Studio is a tattoo and piercing studio founded in 2022 in the heart of Bucharest. At their studio is not just about getting inked or pierced. It's about joining a community, celebrating art, and chilling in a spot where every design tells a story. And yep, all under one super cool, women-led roof.
😬 WHAT WAS IT LIKE BEFORE WORKING WITH THEM?
They had 150 followers on their TikTok account.
Their content had no strategy behind it and their metrics were not producing results.
Creating TikTok videos was stressful and time-consuming.
🎯 OBJECTIVES
Increase the brand awareness of The Shepherd Ink using short-form video content.
Establish an online presence and build a loyal and engaged community of body art lovers.
Build a relationship with their audience while converting them into potential customers.
🛤️ OUR PROCESS
PHASE 1 👉🏻 First off, we did a bit of spring cleaning with their profile - a little audit and optimization magic, if you will. We peeked under the hood, checked what was working, and gave their profile a little tune-up. Then, it was time for some detective work. We dived deep into research to figure out what their audience digs. With all that info in hand, we whipped up a fresh content strategy. Think of it as our recipe for awesome.
PHASE 2 👉🏻 Before moving any further, we all huddled up for a strategy meeting. Just to make sure we're all jamming to the same tune. We wanted to ensure that everyone’s on board and vibing with the plan.
PHASE 3 👉🏻 This was the fun part! Every week, The Shepherd Ink crew sent over their videos and goodies. But wait, there's more. We also blocked out a day each month for a mega content-making day. Just us, them, (sometimes) their awesome clients, and a whole lot of creativity, batch-creating content that's ready to rock the TikTok world.
📈 THE RESULTS
They went from almost 0 to a loyal community of 15.5K followers.
They gained over 8 million views since we started the collaboration.
New client inquiries coming in every day.
