The Shepherd Ink Studio is a tattoo and piercing studio founded in 2022 in the heart of Bucharest. At their studio is not just about getting inked or pierced. It's about joining a community, celebrating art, and chilling in a spot where every design tells a story. And yep, all under one super cool, women-led roof.
π¬ WHAT WAS IT LIKE BEFORE WORKING WITH THEM?
They had 300 followers on their Instagram account.
It was an inactive account, previously used with a different purpose, but still art-related.
Between managing their studio, attending to clients, and creating art, they hardly found time to strategize or consistently post on social media.
π― OBJECTIVES
Increase the brand awareness of The Shepherd Ink.
Establish an online presence and build a loyal and engaged community of body art lovers.
Build a relationship with their audience while converting them into potential customers.
π€οΈ OUR PROCESS
PHASE 1 ππ» We started off by giving their profile a little makeover β a bit of spit and polish with some audit and optimization. Then, we did our homework by diving into some research to really get what their audience is into. Armed with that info, we mapped out a killer content strategy. Basically, laying down the tracks for the social media train to run smoothly.
PHASE 2 ππ» Next up, we had a good ol' chinwag. A strategy meeting to make sure we're all singing from the same hymn sheet. It was all about ensuring we had the same vision and we were vibing with the plan.
PHASE 3 ππ» Hereβs where it got super fun! The Shepherd Ink sent over cool tattoo snaps every week. But, wait, there's a twist. Remember those TikTok videos we were crafting? We cherry-picked the best of the bunch, the ones we knew would also rock on Instagram and gave them a new home there.
So, from profile touch-ups to double-duty videos, we and The Shepherd Ink were in it to win it, making sure their content shined everywhere! π
π THE RESULTS
They went from an inactive account with 300 followers to an active, engaged community of over 4,270 followers.
They reach over 7,000 accounts organically every week.
Their engagement rate went from 3% to 5.6%.
