3-Email Cold Sequence for B2B SaaS Bilingual Expansion

What this is

A three-email cold sequence written for a SaaS company that had just launched its Spanish site. Acme is a placeholder, not a client. This is a sample, built to show how I open a conversation without asking for anything first.

The premise

A company ships its Spanish site and waits. Nothing happens. The usual reading is that the market is slow. The likelier reading is that the copy arrived in Spanish but never arrived in the market: the hero was translated word for word, and the social proof was left in English because nobody wanted to touch the testimonials.
That is a copy problem wearing a market problem's clothes.

Email 1, day 0

The opener names three paths a company in that spot usually takes: literal translation, pause, or hope. Then it offers a fourth. It does not sell the fourth. It just puts it on the table and stops.

Email 2, day 5 to 7

This is the one that does the work. Instead of following up to ask if they saw the first email, it arrives with two specific observations about their actual Spanish landing page, free and with no strings. Both fixes are small. The ask is not a meeting: it is permission to send the rewrites.
Giving the audit away before asking for anything is the whole mechanic. It costs me twenty minutes and it proves more than any credential I could list.

Email 3, day 10 to 14

The closer makes the no cheap. It names the three reasons someone stays silent, offers to come back in Q3 if the problem is timing, and invites a one word answer to end it. Nobody is trapped, and the door stays open.

Why no call

Every sequence I have received asks for fifteen minutes by the second line. Fifteen minutes of a Head of Marketing is a real price, and at that point I have not shown them anything worth it. So the sequence asks for something smaller and stranger: permission to send work. If the work is good, the conversation happens on its own. If it is not, no meeting was going to save it.
