Under Teleperformance’s Diversity and Inclusion Program, a celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride is included every year to acknowledge employees who are part of the community, and to remind them they’re welcome and accepted at the company. After all the planning was concluded, I was tasked with creating the visual identity for the year. It included an email communication, a tumbler, lanyard, postcard, keychain, gift tag for the lanyard, and a branded box to put it all in.
Audience: Teleperformance Dominican Republic employees.
Challenge: For this project, there were budget cuts and several changes of plans. This delayed the brief and meant we had to deliver in a time crunch. We also wanted something people were going to be proud to wear, and that was going to generate buzz around the brand since there were limited quantities available.
Results: I was able to deliver a proposal that stood out visually, while keeping production costs under the $2,000 USD budget. Our audience loved the goodies, and we ran out on the very first day; several employees took to social media to share the goodies they received and to celebrate Pride in their own way.
Scope of work: key visual design for digital media and print items.
Software/Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
