A new logo and website design for a startup that has developed a proprietary chip-based technology providing energy transfer freely, safely, and efficiently through the air or using existing structures.

The brand was looking to develop its brand messaging, visual identity, and website. The task was to position the tech startup on the path to success and create a brand and website that establishes credibility in the marketplace and secures venture capital.

Methods:
I started by analyzing the old logo and what the brand wanted to change. After analyzing the brand story, the positioning statements, and competitors,
I explored concepts inspired by technology. I created the symbol and a wordmark logo.
I cooperated with a UX designer with whom we conducted a survey and built personas based on the results. Using those personas to guide the new website's design that introduced the new chip technology, we brought a richer user experience.

Magnetic waves inspire the final logo. The logo is a combination mark of two parts: a logo symbol and a word mark.
The color palette is designed to be modern, bold, and distinctive while keeping a minimalist interface.
The colors were nature-inspired by the northern lights. A darker design is used for entire sections. To light things up and brighten the design, we use plenty of light, neon-like blue. The blue gradient on some sections brings a lot of attention and adds flair to the design.

The final design is a website that is efficient, sleek, intriguing, and forward-thinking, just like their technology. The brand shows and explains its solutions and technology through elegant and clean animated illustrations.
Photography doesn't always fully capture what the brand and its technology can do. That's why an illustrative style is a much better way to reflect the brand identity and what it can do.
