I co-own Orin and lead its product vision, design, features and roadmap. My work connects the product with each client’s business: onboarding, knowledge setup, fine-tuning and custom requirements. Development partners implement the software.

I translate business needs into priorities the development team can act on, then work through how the product should be set up for the customer.

Product direction. Define features, roadmap priorities and the intended experience.

Customer onboarding. Structure the information and configuration needed for a specific business.

Delivery coordination. Resolve implementation questions with engineering partners and review the resulting workflow.
