Currently I am in charge of managing Adyen's Instagram. This includes creating videos and graphic content, content ideas, content calendar, social media strategy, monthly reports and daily engagement.

My biggest challenge on this project was getting all the information and content from various teams and defining a workflow with them. Once that was optimized, I was able to translate and digest everything for the audience.

The platform built to help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. At Adyen, everything is engineered for ambition. They started with payments, at a time when providers offered services based on a patchwork of systems built on outdated infrastructure. Ambition demanded more. So they set off to build a financial technology platform for the modern era, entirely in-house, from the ground up. Today, they provide leading businesses around the world with end-to-end payment capabilities, data enhancements, and financial products in a single solution.

We started with a social strategy presentation where we dove right into a condensed version of Adyen's brand storytelling, a content strategy and growth strategy for Instagram. My role included setting up Instagram and curating for it.

Our main priority was connecting with their audience better, establishing leads from an employer branding perspective and improving their social media presence. Everything was done with the intention of attracting their ideal leads and introduce them to who Adyen really was

In less than two weeks, we got Adyen's Instagram strategy and content ready for a relaunch. Together with the content team at Adyen, I created a content calendar with over 50 ideas and organized them. My role included crafting eye-catching reel covers, engaging carousels, compelling captions, and relevant hashtags. Initially to set off, I revamped Adyen's Instagram profile by designing highlight covers, updating the bio and logo, and ensuring accurate information.

Adyen's Instagram was then set for an exciting relaunch that captured attention and strengthen the brand's presence.

A lot of our social strategy was based on video content since it would make us more relatable, allow us to go more in depth about features, how the platform works and present a more human side to the company.

Another important aspect of the social strategy were carousels. They were our friends when we wanted to go in depth about a topic, as we can use the alt text for SEO purposes as well as being more inclusive. Topics could be feature launches, testimonials, case studies,
