FireCut Plugin UX Redesign

We redesigned the UX of FireCut, an AI editing plugin for Premiere Pro, starting from 100 churn responses. 68 of them pointed to problems design could fix, so we audited every screen, sketched five structures, built nine concepts and took four directions to high fidelity. The final design groups 14 tools by what the editor wants to do and runs every tool through one flow: pick a preset, analyze, review each cut, apply. Advanced settings stay one tap away, so beginners get simplicity and power users keep control.
