Working out is hard in real life

We all want to be healthy. But traditional gyms are expensive, personal trainers are even more expensive, and if you don't know what you're doing, you'll probably give up anyways.
Working alongside this gym, I identified three target consumers based on demographic surveys, posted daily engaging content on social media (average likes increased 120%), and launched a fitness challenges to keep retention high (achieved 95% retention rate in first month).
The combination of these efforts increased quarterly revenue by 57%. During a global pandemic!
