CRM Oblivion — Concept CRM Platform Ideated and Built with MagicPath

Overview

CRM Oblivion is a multi-page CRM system designed to demonstrate how fast UI ideation, structured component thinking, and enterprise-grade clarity can be achieved using MagicPath’s conversational, infinite-canvas design workflow.
This project showcases how an entire CRM ecosystem can be rapidly generated, iterated, and refined inside MagicPath — transforming natural-language inputs into working UI structures, and then elevating them through professional layout, hierarchy, and system design.
Every screen you see was created in MagicPath, then refined to match production-level expectations.

Scope of Work

1. Multi-Page CRM System Design

Designed a complete, cohesive CRM environment including: • Overview dashboard • Projects module • Clients directory and detail views • Proposals pipeline • Schedule and calendar • Analytics and reporting • Settings and global configuration
Every page follows a unified visual framework, strong grid structure, and crisp typographic hierarchy.

Workflow Using MagicPath

1. Conversational UI Generation

MagicPath was used to generate the foundational structure for every module in the CRM: • Overview • Projects • Clients • Proposals • Schedule • Analytics • Settings
Each screen started as a natural-language prompt, instantly producing layout variations. This enabled rapid exploration without manually building UI blocks from scratch.

2. Infinite Canvas Exploration

MagicPath’s infinite canvas allowed the full CRM ecosystem to be mapped visually: • Multiple layout variations per screen • Iteration batches grouped by feature • Cross-module comparisons • Consistency checks at scale
This made it possible to conceptually “see” the entire product in one environment before refining components.

3. Fast Multi-Variation Iteration

For each section, dozens of versions were generated and evaluated: • Different metric styles • Alternate card hierarchies • Navigation placements • Dense vs. spacious data layouts • List vs. grid switching
MagicPath’s variation engine was central to achieving the final clean, enterprise-grade visual system.

4. UI Refinement and Systemization

Once the foundations were generated in MagicPath, the layouts were refined to match professional standards: • Grid alignment • Modular spacing system • Predictable typographic hierarchy • Uniform card patterns • Clear iconography • Scalable component logic
MagicPath accelerated the conceptual stage; refinement elevated it to a polished, real-product feel.
