Overview

My client was an early-stage startup revolutionizing the way we think about product-led growth. Their product was gaining early traction, with unique differentiators positioning them strongly against competitors, but they lacked the internal resources and skill sets to pin down effective positioning and messaging.



Solution

I spent two days facilitating a tailored Positioning and Messaging Workshop for the team. Through a series of exercises, we defined the company's “why” and “how,” crafting a robust value proposition. We explored ideal customer profiles and personas, adding depth to their target audience. Extensive discussions on competitive categories honed in on the market where the company could thrive.



Results

After the workshop, I used the collective insights from the two days to build a messaging framework that told the story of the client's value, supported by ideal outcomes that solve key customer pain points. I then used that messaging to inform website copy that will transform the company's landing page.
