The Shell Maintenance System represents a transformative solution for streamlining maintenance management within Shell service centers. Problem Statement The system was conceived to tackle key issues, such as manual data input, task assignment inefficiencies, and reporting bottlenecks that were prevalent in Shell service centers.

"How might we streamline the maintenance task assignment process within Shell service centers to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads for station dealers and maintenance contractors?"

User-Centered Approach The development process revolved around a user-centered design philosophy, with thorough user research, persona creation, and a focus on user needs and expectations.
