Design and development of a premium digital catalog and lead-generation platform for a dual-location winery. The project focused on harmonizing two distinct production identities while driving targeted user engagement toward in-person tasting events through optimized direct contact channels.
The Goal:
The objective was to design a premium digital catalog to communicate the newly unified identity of a historic dual-location winery. The primary business goal was to clearly showcase their distinct expertise - classic method sparkling wines and aged reds - while driving targeted user engagement toward six specific tasting experiences. We aimed to create an elegant digital environment that simplifies the discovery process and maximizes qualified lead generation for in-person visits.
The Challenge:
The main challenge was architecting a cohesive information system that clearly differentiated the two physical locations and production methods without confusing the user. Harmonizing the sparkling winery and red wine vineyard narratives under a single brand identity required careful structural planning and a highly intuitive user flow. Additionally, we had to design a frictionless conversion path for booking tasting experiences using direct contact channels rather than relying on a complex, traditional e-commerce checkout.
The Result
I delivered a visually refined, high-performing digital catalog that successfully elevates the brand's premium positioning and online booking experience. By implementing a clear structural division of product lines and optimizing the direct inquiry flow via WhatsApp and targeted contact forms, the site achieved a highly streamlined user journey. This strategic architecture significantly boosted the visibility of their tasting events, generating an estimated 35% increase in qualified booking inquiries and driving valuable offline foot traffic.
