We partnered with the team to design and shape the product end-to-end, turning a complex data-heavy concept into a polished, premium experience. Our work covered product strategy, UX architecture, and UI design, with a strong focus on clarity, credibility, and editorial elegance.

From ranking logic visualization to property discovery flows, we designed an interface that feels authoritative yet effortless, aligned with the expectations of a high-end real estate audience. The result is a scalable platform that balances data transparency with luxury storytelling - and looks damn good doing it.

We also designed and built an AI Matchmaking feature that guides users through a conversational flow and connects them with globally matched residences based on location, budget, brand, and lifestyle preferences - making discovery feel personal, fast, and intuitive.

We developed a custom ranking algorithm that evaluates branded residences using a weighted mix of brand value, amenities, location, service quality, and long-term investment appeal - ensuring rankings feel credible, transparent, and genuinely useful for buyers and investors.
