Employment Media is a professional platform designed to connect jobseekers and employers efficiently. The platform provides an intuitive dual experience: one for employers to manage hiring and candidate interactions, and one for jobseekers to present themselves effectively. Unique features such as pre-recorded answers and custom question management help streamline communication and reduce repetitive interactions during the hiring process.

The goal of this project was to design a user-friendly website that clearly communicates the platform’s dual functionality, improves engagement, and simplifies interactions between jobseekers and employers.
