Responsibilities and Achievements



• Global Project Leadership: I effectively managed global projects, serving as one of the main points of contact across the team. Effectively coordinated the approval of budget variances, managing logistics and ensuring deadlines were met.
• Financial and Strategic Analysis: I performed strategic financial analysis, providing detailed reports and monthly analysis of approved vs. actual figures, playing a key role in decision making.
• Contract and Warranty Management: I led the detailed analysis of contracts, including Fin 45 warranties and other aspects related to subcontractors, contributing to compliance with contractual standards.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: I worked closely with quality leaders, analyzing contract performance and comparing actual to estimated figures, continuously improving operational efficiency.
• Leadership in Supervisor's Absence: I assumed a leadership role in the absence of the supervisor, being primarily responsible for task management and the point of contact to ensure operational continuity.
