Papa M's Skincare & Hair Care Brand Reveal

01 Overview
Every Brand has a product, a Website, a Instagram and a X. Nobody has a music video brand reveal. Papa M's take on capturing the brands essence in motion moments was built to fix that.
Papa M's a skincare & haircare brand launch honors urban ingredients with a classic southern charm, along with a neo-soul culture. The video intentionally framed soft light, slow burn, soulful drippings that melt from frame to frame for a subtle tease on the brands products.
It was built entirely in Kittl Worfklow's by Kittl for the Kittl Challenge.
Every screen, every interaction, every piece of logic was generated through natural language prompting and imported branding. A clear idea and a lot of iteration to get the story right.
The challenge was to use Kittl to create a design-forward scroll stopping AI video. Emphasis on creativity, technicality, and originality at every step. I built something that felt considered at every turn: from the brand reveal on Screen 1 to the brand outro on the final card.

02 The Idea
Product visuals get obsessed over. From packaging, to branding and curating how well presented they appear. Having something quick, sharable, and genuinely personal is a moment worth sharing a drop on LinkedIn or into your Contra profile.
Papa M's Brand Reveal is that thing. It pulls visuals into motion moments officially documenting to skincare's shea butter line, the aromatic ingredients, and visual elements back into something scroll stopping and intentional.
Earth tone palette, botanical illustrations, clean typography.
A Skincare line that looks like it was designed, because it was.

The Art Direction is very spot on. Very professional. The textures and details came out really well. The main part of using AI tools is making it believable and you more than made it believable.

03 Core Features & Interactions
Visual System: A "botanical and earth-toned" aesthetic utilizing official brand packaging language (corrugated boxes, amber jars, packaging tape, and scent samplers).
Animated Ingredients: Translated 15+ static images that physically responded to touch movement allowing for true user personalization.
Systemized Logic: Managed over 15 ingredient product shots that assembles each frame directly into the final skincare product reveal frame. The brand logo renders into the final frame export.

It's so good. Anjyla your's stuck out to me seeing that you made the patterns animate, playing with the logo, and built out this playground, it's really cool. The final entry is just beautiful"

04 Process
The project was built through Kittl's AI workflow system: conversational iteration, screen by screen, detail by detail. Here's an honest account of how it actually came together.
Brand Wordmark Iteration: Getting the subtle entry animation (knowing the right duration, weighing the right moments to capture, the best angles) took a lot of back and forth.
Pattern animations; The ingredients were born through adaptation: The original concept created a full packaging roll out. This wasn't achievable within the the timeline available thus the ingredient elements were iterated.
Composition and Lighting: Having the right focus and remaining true to the original brand images was important and required the most work. The level of details to highlight for each subject started to shift frame to frame causing a lot of iterating. It was worth detailing every reflection.
The video renders were rebuilt multiple times: As a first time Kittl user, the export function built my prompts under small JPEG and MP4 outputs. This required multiple rebuilds to achieve the right, clean format.

You did a really great job convey this is a skin & hair care product, something that's very important for consumers today. And I think this is the first time a skin product made me hungry.
