Ensured the profile was complete and accurate, reflecting the clinic’s unique set of services and expertise.

High-Quality Visual Content:

Added professional photos of the clinic’s interior, staff, and equipment to create a welcoming online presence. This is crucial in the dental industry, as there is a percentage of the population that fear the dentist and/or have suffered bad experiences with some proceedings.
Regularly updated photos and videos showcasing patient testimonials and new services, as well as before and after photos to build trust with potential patients.

Results

From April 2024 to August 2024, the dental clinic experienced a significant increase in calls made directly from their GMB profile:
Total Calls: 131
Increase in Calls: +79.5% compared to the same period in the previous year (April 2023 – August 2023).
This growth was consistent across the period.

In August the clinic was closed from the 15th to the 30th for vacation, explaining the decline in calls.
