Nightfall is a Zero-Knowledge based scalability solution being developed by EY along with Polygon to solve for privacy and scalability required by Fortune 500 enterprise companies.

Prior to the workshop for Polygon Nightfall, we conducted a thorough competitor research to gain insight into best practices in UX design. This helped us understand what our competitors were doing well and what could be improved. The competitor analysis was also valuable in defining the features that we would include in the MVP phase of the project.

The 3 day workshop for Polygon Nightfall was a crucial part of the project's success. During the workshop, we collaborated closely with the client to define our goals and anti-goals, and to establish a clear understanding of the project's objectives. User personas were also discussed, giving us valuable insights into the needs and motivations of our target audience.

Our user-centered approach, combined with competitor research and analysis, allowed us to create a solution that was not only visually appealing but also highly usable, delivering on the project's goals.
