Working closely with this client, I helped shape her brand identity. Using UX tools such as user interviews and competitive analyses, I was able to develop user stories to help create a website that users would enjoy. I focused on the user flow every step of the way, satisfying both my client and their customers.
I used Figjam to organize my ideas and Figma to design the site. For brand development, I used Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
