The Long Food Project is a forward-thinking initiative focused on reimagining global food systems through collaborative, long-term strategies. Its visual identity was designed to reflect the project’s mission of fostering sustainable and equitable change while uniting diverse voices around a shared vision for a healthier and more just future.
At the core of the identity is a logo featuring four "O"s, symbolizing progressive transformation and the cyclical nature of change and growth. The collage-style design brings together elements that span from onirism to dystopia, creating a visual language that links the past to the future and conveys a sense of both possibility and urgency. Gradients were incorporated to symbolize evolution, warmth, and modernity, underscoring the project's emphasis on hope and belief in a brighter future.
As the Art Director, I led the visual direction, starting with a collaborative workshop with Justin to align on the project’s needs and aspirations. I conceptualized and presented initial ideas, refined the chosen concepts, and ensured consistency across all outputs, including print, digital, and social media assets. The resulting identity seamlessly integrates storytelling and design, amplifying the project’s transformative vision.
This project demonstrates my ability to translate complex, future-oriented goals into a cohesive, compelling visual identity that inspires action and connection.
