Lead workflow migration and Notion integration

The project conisted of a simple lead form migration from another provider and integration with Notion and Gmail API.

The previous setup was a simple webhook endpoint that was triggered on the client side. The team was notified via Gmail and a thank you email was sent to the client.

The new setup optimises this flow to return a faster response to the client, triggers a team and thank you email via the Gmail API as well add's the lead to a Notion DB. To recude duplicate a simple check and search was brought in. If it's a new client a new entry will be created, if it's an existing or duplicate submission a enquiry task will be created under the existing client and assigned to the sale representive to follow up.

Leads are no longer hanging around in emails

The response rate is faster to the client side and the user no longer see's a long submitting message.

Actionable tasks and interactions with the site can now be expanded whilst avoiding costly CRM tools.

Future enhancement will be adding enrichment tools to help get more information from the lead and provide a better sales experience.
