Our focus has been on launching, monetising, and optimising MobyFox's digital products. We successfully sold tens of thousands of dollars in licensed digital content for some of the most recognized brands in the market like Disney, Warner Bros., Netflix, Mattel, and Paramount among others.
iOS App & Apple Watch content
We offered a wide range of official Watch Faces for the Apple Watch and using various templates that best suited the licensor. We focused on providing content that users would appreciate as well as creating a narrative that fans would appreciate. In late 2023, we introduced a subscription model that continues to grow in retention.
in November 2022, we launched a brand-new Android App, marking the first time our licensed Watch Faces offering was available on Wear OS watches.
One of my focuses was to enhance internal tools to facilitate the daily tasks of company users. We transformed the BackOffice into a customised CMS tailored to handle the complex processes of the company.
Managing licensed content is a delicate matter that necessitates cross-team communication. The objective was to establish a Single Source of Truth for the status, information, and legal copy of each product, enabling easy editing of their position within the app(s).
