Situation
An established 8-figure luxury furniture brand in Dubai approached me to optimize their underperforming Shopify store, which struggled with usability, product discovery, and overall conversions.
With 16,000+ products, customers struggled to navigate the store, find what they were looking for, and complete purchases efficiently. The main issues included:
Difficult product discovery – No filtering system, unclear categories
Unprofessional design – Lacked a luxury aesthetic and trust signals
Low user engagement – Customers struggled to browse and find what they needed
Inefficient customer service – No integrated support portal
Concept
To align the online store with the brands premium positioning and improve conversions, I developed a high-end, performance-driven Shopify redesign focused on user experience and brand perception. The new store includes:
