Parenteo is a mobile application I developed for a client to support parents in their daily challenges. The app combines features for connecting parents, discovering child-friendly places, and accessing valuable expert content.

The application was built using Visual Development with FlutterFlow, a tool enabling fast and efficient creation of responsive mobile applications. I used Firebase for data management and user authentication, while Mapbox was integrated for mapping functionality.

During the development process, I implemented the following features:

Finding Nearby Parents – filtering by location, interests, and child’s age,

Chat Functionality – secure and fast communication between users,

Child-Friendly Places Map – recommendations for facilities, restaurants, parks, and other attractions with user reviews,

Expert Blog – articles on parenting, health, education, and family life,

Security and Privacy Protection – ability to block users and report inappropriate content.

Firebase was used to handle login, manage user data, and store blog content.

Mapbox enabled the creation of an interactive map where parents can search for and add child-friendly places.

Parenteo became an intuitive and comprehensive tool for parents, helping them connect, discover new places, and gain reliable information. By leveraging FlutterFlow, Firebase, and Mapbox, the application was developed efficiently, flexibly, and in a scalable manner.
